Ordering & Payment
Q: Which forms of payment do the elves accept?
A: We gladly accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, and sometimes even the occasional piece of holiday cheer! All transactions are safe and encrypted, just like Santa's secret route.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my 'wish' after I've placed it?
A: Our elves are very quick! We begin processing orders immediately. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after that window.
Q: I have a special request for Santa/an item. Can you accommodate it?
A: While we can't promise a one-way trip on Santa's sleigh, our team tries our best to accommodate reasonable requests. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss the details.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where does the SantaWishlist ship from?
A: Our packages are lovingly prepared and shipped from our primary dispatch center, which we affectionately call the "SantaWishlist Mailroom," to ensure quick delivery!
Q: When will my treasures arrive?
A: Standard Shipping typically takes 5–8 business days once shipped. Expedited Shipping is available for faster delivery. Please check our dedicated Shipping Policy page for current processing times and holiday cutoff dates. Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during the peak December season.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: A: Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders!
Returns & Exchanges
Q: My item arrived damaged or wasn't what I wished for. Can I return it?
A: Absolutely! We want you to be completely delighted with your festive finds. We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Just like the North Star guides travelers, our Returns Portal will guide you through the process.
Q: Who covers the return shipping costs?
A: We provide a pre-paid shipping label for returns on items that arrived damaged or if the elves accidentally shipped the wrong item. For returns due to a change of heart, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Q: Do you do exchanges?
A: The fastest way to get your desired item is to return the original item and place a new order at your convenience.
